Peter has a family!

During the week our team was in the Masai Mara, Peter went home with his new family. We had the opportunity to see his new mom when she came to visit him at the baby center while we were there. When she left, Peter cried and cried. It was so obvious they had bonded and he wanted to go "home". We are so excited for Peter and pray blessings on his new family. Peter - September 2008

Peter has gotten to be such a big boy! All of his pants seemed to be more like capris! He still continues to be a sweet and quiet boy. It takes a little bit for him to warm up to you, but once he does, he is very loving. We continue to pray that parents will come for him that can truly appreciate and nurture his gentle soul!

Peter - December 2007

Peter was still a shy little guy when the NMC work team visited the baby center in December 2007. Although he slowly warmed up to many team members. In the top picture he was being held by Monica Lengacher. In the picture with the yellow shirt he was eating dirt! Boys will be boys! Peter is now a little over 1 year old.

Peter was about 7 months old when the work team from NMC came to Kenya in March 2007. These pictures were taken by Kay Miller and Jolinda Lengacher. The picture to the right is Bernie Lambright holding Peter.
