Peter has gotten to be such a big boy! All of his pants seemed to be more like capris! He still continues to be a sweet and quiet boy. It takes a little bit for him to warm up to you, but once he does, he is very loving. We continue to pray that parents will come for him that can truly appreciate and nurture his gentle soul!
